Registering on our site is the first step in learning what we would charge for doing work, regardless of type. Doing so is an integral aspect of our method of operation, and will allow for tracking of discussions, management of user points (part of our Rewards Program), and other factors in connection with the work we do. We do not charge fees for registration, nor do we add anyone into mailing lists without their consent. (Read our Privacy Policy statement.)

Within the registration screen, there is a text area that may be used to send us a Private Message.
Private Message to Site Managers Indicate what sort of work you wish to discuss with us, prospective budget, timeline for when work should be finished, etc. We will create a private discussion group that will act as the communication hub and allow file sharing between those in it. We will add your username into this as a member, which will automatically send you a notice by e-mail. If other members of your organization will need access, provide them with the name of that group which should be used by them when they register. (Putting this name that Private Message area.) We will confirm the identity of this person with you, and then add them as members as well.

Discussion can then begin to define the scope of the project (what we are being asked to create). Summaries of other interactions (face-to-face meetings, phone conversations, etc.) will be posted as they occur. This private, yet open messaging record about a project documents facts, decisions, and understandings amongst those involved. Each person can choose their own notification preferences about new postings in the group. At present these include: plain-text e-mail, through the website's internal private message system, or news feed (RSS).
