How does the Reward Program work?

User Points, shown in connection with someone's Profile, represented potential future savings as part of our Rewards Program. A point is earned whenever an Invitation sent out to others through our system is accepted, or when money is paid to us for work under certain conditions. Within the description of some of our services we provide on our site or within project proposals, point values will be offered. Points are redeemed much like coupons when making payments to us, with each point representing a value of $1. Further limitations and restrictions in this program:

  • Monetary values cited within our Reward Program refer to U.S. currency.
  • Points do not represent any actual cash value, nor may they be 'cashed in' for refunds or credit memos.
  • Points are not transferable.
  • Other restrictions may apply.

One important restriction is that payments made toward maintenance costs do not earn User Points. However, User Points may be redeemed to offset a portion of those costs. Please feel free to contact us at any time regarding questions or comments about our Rewards Program!
